glade-3 development is kind of a one-man-show of Tristan but he tries
really hard to port it to gtk+-3 (see the offscreen branch). Meanwhile
you can try to use this tag
(http://git.gnome.org/browse/glade3/tag/?id=GLADE_BEFORE_REMOVING_DEPRECATED).

I think adding the new widgets shouldn't be much effort, patches should
be made against the offscreen branch though.

To be honest, we wiil have to fix glade as we have nothing else to
create GtkBuilder files...
