gnome-media changes

Heya,

For those who haven't been following the latest happenings, gnome-media
has had its (PulseAudio-based) volume control moved to
gnome-control-center, where it lives on as a panel, and the
media-profiles code was moved to libgnome-media-profiles.

This means that gnome-media is left with gstreamer-properties, grecord
and gst-mixer.

I'll get bugzilla sorted out, and move the bugs as appropriate.
