The name of applications on GNOME 3.7.92 testing image

Hi,
I find that some applications are showing their real names, e.g.,
gedit, Rhythmbox, Shotwell.
However, some applications are showing generic names, e.g., Files
(Nautilus), Web (Epiphany), Archive Manager (File Roller).
Can anyone elaborate on this?
