Fine icon file in gnome-menus-2.28.0-4.el6.x86_64

Hi,

On the left top gnome menu, there is an icon close to "Applications",
which desktop menu file contains that icon and menu name
"Applications"?

Also, I want to add another menu "MyUtility" after top three menu
"Applications", "Places" and "System", where is the menu files define
the top menu?

Sorry, I know it is not the mailing list to ask such questions, but I
checked /etc/xdg/menus, /usr/share/desktop-directories, could not find
the file contains the top menu definition.
