GNOME 3.13 is getting real

Hey,

this is just to let everybody know that our GNOME 3.14 schedule puts
the 3.13.1 release on April 28. Thats next Monday ! So, get out all
the cool new stuff you've been working on  recently, and get it out
into releases.

While we are talking about cool new stuff, we kinda missed the feature
discussion for 3.14. So, belatedly, here it is: please send your
feature proposals and plans, so we can coordinate and keep track of
them.
