Oh that's great - thanks Fred. Is there a bug or some other place
where the license update is being tracked? We'll need a way to record
the consent of the original authors, if I'm not mistaken.
There's no tracking for that, but yes there should be.
When re-licensing documentation, the docs team usually files a bug
with a relicense patch attached. All the original authors are then
asked to sign off this patch and re-upload it.
