Removing WebKit1 dependency

Hi,

I'm planning to remove the WebKit1 compatibility module from jhbuild
before the GNOME 3.24 release. This means Empathy and Bijiben will be
removed if not ported.

I'm also planning to remove Bijiben from the GNOME 3.22 moduleset as
well, before 3.22.1, since it currently links to both WebKit1 and
WebKit2 and no action has been taken to fix that. This really should
have happened before GNOME 3.22 but it didn't, sorry.
