Building flatpaks of official gnome apps



We're getting close to the release, and we're kinda figuring out how
this will work for getting the flatpak builds updated. I'm currently
building a 3.24 runtime based on the pre-release tarballs, so that
people can start playing with it.

So, in case people want to build their apps as flatpaks, i made a
document about how this currently works, targeted at app maintainers:

Note that this describes the current model of having the json manifest
in the individual git repos. Some older versions still ship the json in
the separate git repo. See this initiative for getting them moved to
the new version:
