GtkSourceView 4.0 released

Hi,

GtkSourceView 4.0 has been released with GNOME 3.28 in March. It still
depends on GTK+ 3. The port is trivial (it's mostly just getting rid of
deprecated APIs):

In gnome-build-meta I see the following modules still depending on
GtkSourceView 3:
- gedit
- gitg
- gnome-builder
- gnome-calculator
- sushi

I will not continue to maintain GtkSourceView 3 eternaly…
