I think what Gil means is something analagous to a physical document that consists of multiple independent
sheets, for example, blue prints of a house or electrical schematics of a machine. In Dia, it would be as if
several independent diagrams could exist in the same file. Depending on implementation, the independent
diagrams may or may not share some attributes, such as layer definitions. In general, they wouldn't share
geometry. Such a feature is common in CAD and general drawing programs and is very useful.
Dia doesn't have this capability and I don't think anyone is working on it (based on the list traffic). I am
thinking about it (Gil asked), but not until I finish a current project that I hope will be financially
rewarding.

Not sure what you mean by multiple "pages",as I've never used Visio. But
if you're thinking of what I'm thinking, I've got a sample dia file that
has got "multiple pages" when printed to postscript.

Hi,
Is anyone working on (or even thinking about) supporting multiple
'pages' within a 'dia document' somewhat like Visio?
