Hi Merrill,

Sounds like you didn't install GTK before installing Dia. If you go back to the Dia Installer download page (http://dia-installer.sourceforge.net/), you'll find links to the latest versions of GTK supported by Dia, which you need to install before you install Dia.

          I uninstalled the program and downloaded it again, but still get the same error message.

          How can I resolve this problem and get Dia up and running?
