dia-0.97-pre3 - may become dia-0.97

After eight weeks [1] of testing and bugfixing [2] it is time for another 
pre-release:

  http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/dia/0.97/dia-0.97-pre3.tar.gz

My original goal was to have a final release before the version control 
system gets switched to git [3], i.e. before 2009-04-16. But that's not
realistic anymore, or this release would have to be it ;)

If you want to have another bug fixed before the final release, it would be
good to at least report it to bugzilla [3].

If it already *is* reported, you may need to find someone providing a patch
to fix it, because I may consider it not release critical [4].

The one thing I'm wondering about most is the quite limited feedback to the
new printing facility - IMO it is a huge improvement. But certainly there
are some more bugs to fix. But first they need to be found :-)
