Hi All,
About this problem I would like to add some thoughts.
It seems like the _Dia text input_ doesn't have the common behavior
with key combinations like:
* Select All "CTRL + A", as pointed by Igor Zhbanov
* Delete previous word "CTRL + BS"
* Delete next word "CTRL + DEL"
and so on.

Hi!
When you drawing a diagram the frequent scenario is to draw it by
copying already drawn
rectangle blocks to preserve colors, fonts and other settings. But
then you need to change
a new element label. So you are pressing F2, and... deleting a label
one-by-one character.
It is a bit annoying.
Or you have to create spare empty rectangles, circles, etc. with
needed visual properties
and copy it.
So it would be great to have a keyboard shortcut allowing to select
all the text of a label
or quickly clear it.
Thank you.
