configure shows:
checking if libavcodec has rtp_mode... yes

I look in /usr/include/libavcodec/avcodec.h:

As I do not have libavcodec51 or less installed, I have this error.  So
it seems rtp_mode is unneeded for libavcodec52 or greater.
