Sorry to answer so late.

The subscribe messages have nothing to do with registration.  I suppose 
the subscribe message go with ekiga.net:5060, not with your SIP server, 
that's why they use port 5060.

If you put :portNumber in Registrar, then the registration should work. 
 If not, please send the debug output (-d 4).
