It looks like http://plone.org/products/simplecartitem/ could do. Ramon, is this a stable product you would recommend? With it we can have a bunch of products in a catalog, a shoppiong basket and a connection with Paypal for the payment. If what the features say is true, it might work out of the box with one provider (enough for 2.18).
