OK i'll say it. I think the bookmark toolbar should be seperate from
regular toolbars, and should have its own view menu entry. Imo the
bookmark toolbar is a somewhat advance feature, and I know of many users
who never use it anyway.

As mentioned before i think topics and bms should have toggles in their
context menus for adding them to the bm toolbar.
