[Epiphany] documentation about bookmarks system added

I've added an explanation of the bookmarks system in epiphany to the
help file. Please comment.  

With respect to the bookmarks system, I could duplicate the stuff I've 
put in the help document to put up on the epiphany website. Since
everyone seems to be asking the same questions about it. How can we go
about doing that ? 

Apologies for the non-activity all this while :(. Will update more
sections of the docs now. 

Should we open another bug to attach documentation patches ? The above
bug is "fixed" and is with respect to help buttons not being present ...
