[Epiphany] Mozilla rh8 binaries

You can find mozilla rh8 binaries at:

http://people.ecsc.co.uk/~matt/downloads/rpms/mozilla/

Make sure to use
CC=gcc296 CXX=g++296 ./configure ....
when building epiphany. You must have compat-gcc and compat-gcc-c++
packages installed.
I tested them a bit and they seem to work pretty well.
