In fact as long as it has an appropriate keyboard shortcut, the problem
of it's placement in the add bookmark dialog is solved. Since it doesn't
confuse a new user/separation of UI and an advanced user can just use
the shortcut to bring up the dialog when they realize they need to add a
topic while adding a bookmark. Just to make sure, the "Add Bookmark"
dialog will update the topics if they're created after it's opened?
