My opinion is that we should release at the same time that Mozilla 1.4
is released (well, or a bit later, whatever) to avoid dependency chaos.
What do you suggest to do if we release right now anyway? Change the API
in ephy to work with 1.3? depend on Mozilla Trunk or the upcoming and
unstable 1.4a?
