[Epiphany] Support for mozilla commands

Hello,

Very nice work on Epiphany - it look and feels great - I'm very happy to
see the work progressing from an already solid browser.

I attempted to use the "-remote openURL(..." mozilla command line option
with epiphany and it did not work.  I'm not certain if you are taking
requests, but this is a feature I think would be very useful.  For
example, in the Bluefish editor it would be nice to click the preview
button and use this command to refresh the browser with the latest
changes without opening another browser window.
