I browse Russian pages quite a bit and the only thing that is a little
annoying is that for example Cyrillic encoding has 9 different options
however if I want to try each one after the other it's tiring to keep
navigating the same long menu tree to get to it. A simple and nice thing
to do would be to somehow place the group that you last accessed at the
top of any list you choose to have. IMHO users will most likely change
encodings in a row within a recently used  group so having that group be
taken to the top is a nice usability bonus. Though having the entries
jump around the encoding menu tree or list whenever you use them might
be a little disconcerting.
