Yep, thats a fair point. I have removed the dependancy on the hig-alert
class for these dialogs in the galeon code. So now it should just be a
matter of copying the file and replacing the one instance of
gul_glade_widget_new with the epiphany equivalent.

IMO this is an acceptable solution in the short-term and in the long
term, hopefully Gtk will get better support for HIG alerts.
