[Epiphany] scrollbar

I have used a few versions of epiphany, and I noticed that since version 1.0.1 there is no vertical scrollbar anymore. At first I thought this was a bug, but when I yesterday tried 1.0.3 I saw that this version lacked the scrollbar too. This means that you have to use the page-up page-down keys on a computer that does not have a scroll mouse like many older notebooks. I my opinion, this makes epiphany hard to use.
Can it be reimplemented?
