[Epiphany] Cvs head and port to gtk 2.3

As you may have noticed the branch for the stable branch is gnome-2-4.
Head has been broken for some days, but now should be back to an usable
state. We ported to gtk 2.3, so you need gtk cvs head to compile it. Considering
the pain that compiling it involve atm, I'd not expect to get much test
on it, so if you use it and find problems (esp regressions), please please
please post bugs.
