True, you have a point there. But making it so that epiphany doesn't save any form info by default, is quite the opposite extreme.

Perhaps when/if we've made the switch to gnome-keyring-manager, it can be configured so that the keyring unlock phrase should be entered after a certain timeout. At least g-k-m right now asks the unlock phrase once for each login session.

We also need to take into consideration public environments like
cafes, libraries and laboratories, where users do not have access to
individual user accounts.

We don't have to argue over this, it's obvious that for kiosk mode etc. password saving should be disabled.
