True, you have a point there. But making it so that epiphany doesn't 
save any form info by default, is quite the opposite extreme.

Perhaps when/if we've made the switch to gnome-keyring-manager, it can 
be configured so that the keyring unlock phrase should be entered after 
a certain timeout. At least g-k-m right now asks the unlock phrase once 
for each login session.

We don't have to argue over this, it's obvious that for kiosk mode etc. 
password saving should be disabled.
