I haven't run your new patch yet, but:

      * The bookmarks bar no longer exists, and most references to it
        have been removed. Bookmarks and topics are added to the toolbar
        by drag-and-drop from the bookmark editor.

As much as a like DnD, if it is the *only* way to add/remove bookmarks 
from the toolbar, then that is an accessibility bug. Functionality like 
this *must* be made available through a (context) menu so that users 
incapable of using a mouse can access it too.
