Looks ok to me, except maybe this:

epiliciousdir = $(EXTENSIONS_DIR)
epiclicious_PYTHON = \
                     libepilicious/pydelicious.py \
[...]

Why don't you place those files in the same source directory, and just
install into the right place with

epiliciousdir = $(EXTENSIONS_DIR)/libepilicious 

?
