You can check the gecko version by typing
"javascript:navigator.userAgent" in the location entry (no quotes); it's
the "rv: X.Y" part. I suspect epiphany is compiled against gecko 1.7
while ff1.5 is gecko 1.8.

I can't test the site myself since it requires sign-up.
