Can't open in a new tab

Hi,

I have a problem with my fresh epiphany 2.18.0 (build with jhbuild on fedora
core 3): I'm unable to open a link (or a bookmark) into a new tab. Opening in a
new window is fine.

I'd like to fix this problem but need some help on how to track down this bug...
