Hardware Acceleration for Flash Content fails

Epiphany 3.8.2-1 (on 64 bit Arch Linux) fails to echo flash content
(with the Adobe flashplugin) when hardware acceleration is enabled
(EnableLinuxHWVideoDecode=1). Any help folks?
