[GSoC] Bookmarks Subsystem Update

Hello everyone,

My name is Iulian Radu (IRC: iulianradu), I am participating in the
Google Summer of Code and this summer I will be working on Epiphany,
mentored by Michael Catanzaro. The goal is to update the bookmarks
subsystem by refactoring the current code and implementing a new
bookmarks menu design [0] proposed by the designers, particularly
Allan Day (CC'd). You can find more information about my project and
the motivation behind it in my blog post [1].

I plan to start working in the next few days, so as suggested by
Reinout van Schouwen, I'm sending this mail to gather feedback on the
idea and to give you the opportunity to share your thoughts or any
other useful information you're willing to share. Something that can
be discussed is whether to keep Smart Bookmarks under any form or not,
as they are not mentioned in the proposed design.
