evince as a presenter tool

although evince do a great job in general, there is really no good
pdf-presenter tool in Linux:  shows the pdf-slides on the beamer and
comments/next slide on the laptop. this dual screen feature is missing
in Linux. 

Is there any plans for supporting something like this feature in evince?
could be as simple as having an option to open another window and let it
follow the same events as the main window.
