[evince] dual page view - shift layout by adding dummy "title" page like foxit does

New Evince user here. I was wondering, in dual layout, is there a way to 
force the cover/title page to be a single page so the intended document 
layout is preserved?

Currently if the document has a title page, all the spreads in dual 
layout are one page off.
