[Evolution-hackers] Killing Gal

So, in order to meet the goal of getting rid of the gal module, I'm
first reducing the usage of gal in evolution.  A large part of the gal
usage was E_MAKE_TYPE, I've started changing those to GAL_DEFINE_TYPE
(I've done the calendar so far).

Anyone object to me going through all of evolution to do this?
