[Evolution-hackers] calendar woes

I've been trying to get the main menu 'context' for the calendar - not a lot of joy.

Only a couple of the views seem to properly notify the client that they've changed.  e.g. the 'work week' and list views doesn't work.  Their selections don't update.

Even worse, the listview for the calendar and the taskpad don't ever emit focus in/out events, so the application simply doesn't track selection of tasks at all.  So the menu's for cut/copy etc are always disabled for example.

It has a bigger impact for plugins since thats how it has to track state, you can't just ask for the current state of the window.

So I dunno what to do with it ...
