I'm not filing bugs for things you broke with your patch! You should've
tested it better, you had months.
That is why I was so reticent to accept such a giant patch, in future i
wont unless it is broken into managable pieces - they are too hard to
review and test.

Why not just create a saved search and use that instead?
And no the code wasn't removed - another problem with the patch, it just
changed the menu's without changing the code, so now there is more dead
code floating around that someone will have to clean out one day. If
the code had have been removed, you wouldn't have discovered the hard
way you couldn't unhide stuff. If you just need to unhide messages,
remove the hiding file in ~/.evolution/mail/config/hidestate-*
Anyway I see dobey patched the code anyway (without review), so maybe
you have something you can use.
