This bug means that EDS fails to parse GEO properties in calendars, and
they get replaced with error messages.  This bug contains a simple
parser.

"e_cal_create_object does not set the uid on the icalcomponent"

If you do e_cal_create_object(), manipulate the object more, and then
try to e_cal_modify_object(), the server crashes.  This bug contains a
patch to set the UID in the component before returning back to the user.
