[Evolution-hackers] (Dynamic) EPlugins are not being initialized

Hi there evos,

Only two or three fixed-registered plugins see their e_plugin_lib_enable
being called upon the shell's initialization.

The other .so files (the ones that are only known to Evolution by their
presence as .so files in the plugins-directory) never see their
e_plugin_lib_enable being called upon initialization.

Only once you do Edit->Plugins from the menu are these function-calls
causing the e_plugin_lib_enable to be called:
