[Evolution-hackers] Build error in current Evo source

Hi; I tried to update and build Matt's recent commit but it fails (not
sure it's Matt's commit but...):

../../../evolution/composer/e-composer-private.c:620: warning: nested extern declaration of 'gtkhtml_editor_insert_text'

I have the latest version of gtkhtml as well but nothing like this
exists there that I can see.

Matt, did you forget to commit your gtkhtml changes?
