[Evolution-hackers] Tentative 3.11 schedule

I just released 3.10.1 and still haven't seen an official release
schedule from GNOME, so I penciled one in for us based on the 3.7
schedule from last year.

According to this schedule, the first 3.11 release is due next Monday
(October 21st).  Let's proceed with that unless GNOME posts something
official this week.
