[Evolution] Evolution 0.2 won't keep multiple mailbox settings.

When trying to set up a POP mail, and then a local mailbox, Evolution
0.2 is loosing the settings of the first account, and only keeps the
last one entered (regardless of which). Any ideas on what to do to fix
this problem?
