[Evolution] OutLook2K Meeting Request

I've seen that, supposedly, Outlook->Evolution meeting requests work
(while the return RSVP does not).  Has anybody been able to accept a
meeting from Outlook2000 in Internet Only mode?  If I select (in Outlook
tools) to send the meeting notice "normal" I get an email with a
winmail.dat file attached, if I choose to "send as iCalendar", I get an
email that looks like below, and is displayed by evolution just as it
looks here (not as a meeting request form).

I seem to remember receiving one that was "send as iCalendar" working
for me in version 0.10, but no more.

Any insights?
