[Evolution] Unable to install or update via red carpet

Hello there...

I have been attempting to install new versions of both red carpet and
evolution and I am receiving an error that basically says red carpet
cannot be installed...

I was curious if there were others who were experiencing such
difficulties.  Please let me know, thanks
