[Evolution] Autocomplete bug: doesn't work after using Contacts popup

If I type someone's name in the TO: field, autocomplete
works.  However, if I then hit the CC: button and use the
contacts dialog to select an e-mail address, then say Ok
and try typing a name in the BCC: field, autocomplete no
longer works.

In a related issue, this has been reported several times
but I haven't seen any response from Ximian and it's been
broken for many weeks now.  The names in the Contacts
popup do not appear.  It looks as though they are written
in white on white.  If I select one of these phantom
names, then click on the arrow to put it in the TO: field
for example, then the name appears.

On a more positive note, I really like the progress
Evolution has made.  I've been using it as my primary
mailer for a number of months now.  There are of course a
few rough edges, but it's got a lot of great features.
