[Evolution] Assigning destination folders while sending

Hi Everyone,

 Was wondering if there was a way to, when composing a message, select
the folder you'd like the message to be filed to (instead of sent-mail).
In mutt this is FCC.

 I know you can set outgoing filters, but sometimes I just file outgoing
mail under a folder "subject" that is not necessarily defined by any
repeating characteristic.
