I don't know, where these settings are in Evo 1.0.8, but I suggest, you
should get Evo 1.2.1. You can change Fonts in Evo 1.2.1 at

Tools / Settings / Font Preferences


To update, go to ximian.com and download Red-Carpet (not the Ximian
Installer)

Run Red-Carpet and subscribe to the Evolution Channel. Get the latest
version from there.
