[Evolution] Plea: Put some work into the subject line

For list participants: Please use something more descriptive than
"feature request" in the subject line. Much of the talk on this list is
about feature requests, so that's just redundant, and makes such posts
easy to skip on such a busy list. If the subject line is boring, I'll
bet most participants just ignore it, and your request will fall on deaf
ears.
