[Evolution] Compose window preferred position and size

Is there any way to have Evolution (1.2) remember where
the user prefers to locate the Compose window ?  By default
it pops up in the lower-right corner of my display and I have
to reposition and resize it.

I'd like to have it appear in the same location as the last
time I used it.  Can it do this, and if not, will the authors
consider this as an enhancement request?
